As a Colorado native who found herself living in big city Brooklyn, I realized that slowing down and reconnecting with nature was what truly brought me home to myself. There was a moment on a mountaintop in Peru 6 years ago, when I realized that the fast-paced life I was living was not my own and had completely disconnected me from my body. In that moment, I decided to slow down, tune in, and listen to my intuition beckoning me back to my wild side.

What Topics are covered in ReWild Reset?
- Module 1: ReWilding & Nature Connection. This week we’ll dive into all things ReWilding – what does it mean, how can it support optimal health, and how can we ReWild our lives in our modern, tech-centric society? Plus, we’ll learn about the health benefits of nature and how you can reconnect with nature in every aspect of your life, even if you live in a concrete jungle like NYC.
- Module 2 & 3: Chronobiology. Get ready to learn! These two weeks are all about our natural biological rhythms, what they are, how to sync with them to support optimal health, and how to reset them if they’re out of sync. We’ll cover the 4 C’s of chronobiology: chronotype, circadian rhythm, cycle syncing, and circannual seasons.
- Module 4: Sleep. We can’t talk about biological rhythms and health if we don’t tackle sleep! Everything from sleep hygiene and setting new AM + PM routines to support sleep.
- Module 5: Mindfulness. The mind is a powerful tool and this week we’ll learn to tap in and harness its powers via meditation, mindfulness, habits, and routines. Plus, we’ll dig deeper inward and conduct “Me-Search” to uncover your true wild child via astrology and human design.
- Module 6: Technology. We’ll continue tuning in to our inner voice by unplugging for a 48-hour tech detox, culminating in the practice of setting tech boundaries for the future. No more mindless scrolling or refreshing that inbox! Plus, we’ll explore which technologies can be helpful for optimizing health vs. detrimental.
- Module 7: Home. We’re halfway there! Time to look at how our home environment contributes to or detracts from our health. We’ll start by Marie Kondo-ing your physical, digital, and mental environment to make space for the new. Then, we’ll turn our attention to tips for low waste and non-toxic living, and round out the week setting up your home environments for success including how to stock your fridge and pantry with nourishing foods before we dive into Nutrition next week.
- Module 8: Nutrition 101. This week is all about the basics: what are macros and micros, how much water do I really need to be drinking, what supplements should I be taking, how to meal prep for success, and what’s nutrition myth vs. fact.
- Module 9: Nutrition in Tune. Now that you know the basics, we’ll apply them to my Nutrition in Tune Philosophy: Eating to Support Biological Rhythms. Topics include Circadian Fasting, how to eat seasonally, and honoring your body’s cues for hunger, fullness, and cravings.
- Module 10: Optimize. Time to embrace the life you’ve always wanted. We’ll put everything together so you can biohack your way to your most joyful, energized, and productive life.
