Apparently I skipped fall and went right into the holiday season with these festive yogurt bowls, but I’m not mad about it! I’m so excited to partner with So Delicious to share my thoughts on dairy vs. dairy free, and this simple diary-free breakfast bowl you can enjoy any time of year.
While I’m not dairy-free (I still drink organic 2% milk in my coffee), I do like to switch it up every once in a while to make sure I’m getting a variety of foods in my diet. Nowhere is variety more important than in the diet. And we are so fortunate to live in a time that we have access to a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and allergy-sensitive products at all times. When it comes to dairy, I am one of the few people I know that can still tolerate it, but I am also aware of the various health and sustainability benefits a plant-based diet has on our bodies and the planet, so I try to work in dairy alternatives into my diet every few days.
On the days that I go dairy-free, I love So Delicious coconutmilk yogurt alternatives because they are non-GMO Project verified, low in sugar (especially the unsweetened varieties!), they’re a certified B Corp through the Danone North America family, and most importantly – they all have the creamiest consistency – perfect for building the prettiest yogurt bowls!
