Almond Butter Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup dried goji berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Line a baking dish with wax paper
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until formed into a thick dough
  3. Press the mixture firmly into baking dish, using a spatula or your fingers to spread it out evenly
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  5. Cut evenly into rectangles and enjoy!

Note: store in the refrigerator in an airtight container and enjoy within 7 days
